Give me a gloomy mat That I may sit on it To appreciate the beauty of my mistress My mistress long for my love The shade of love covers both of us I'm not flattered by anyone's beauty For my mistress beauty is beyond The beauty of the man-made one The beauty stretches my neck all day Oh! Her beauty shines like a golden vase My confidence Is that of a richman Who have nothing to worry about I'm morose to have my rose My rose is beautiful than a neck rosary I'm deeply in love with her My rose, the source of my confidence You're the reason for watering you To adore you close to my heart every moment Every moment to me seems like a golden house A golden house, a marble house, what else? My soul pray to God for you to stay with me

"Nigeria, We Hail Thee" (1960-1978)

Nigeria, we hail thee, Our own dear native land, Though tribe and tongue may differ, In brotherhood we stand, Nigerians all are proud to serve Our sovereign Motherland. The anthem's lyrics were written by Lillian Jean Williams , a British expatriate who lived in Nigeria when it achieved independence. While Frances Berda  composed the music for Nigeria
